● To protect your furniture from fading, avoid keeping your furniture next to windows and other places where it can be exposed to direct sunlight.
● Keep sharp objects away from your furniture to avoid cuts and scratches.
● Avoid placing items like burning candles or irons on any furniture as the heat generated from them may affect the life of your furniture in the long run, make use of candle holders to avoid melting wax touching the furniture.
● .Avoid chemical and alcohol contact with the furniture as it might harm the natural finish and durability of the product.
● Do not drag the furniture to relocate it, as this might weaken the joints. Instead, lift the wooden furniture if you want to move it.
This product comes with a 1-year warranty which covers manufacturing defects, inherent termites and borer issues. This Warranty does not cover following types of damages :-
● Damages due to inadequate maintenance of the product.
● Mishandling, excessive loading and negligence in usage.
● This Warranty will also not cover wear and tear due to regular usage of the product as well as any variations due to natural characteristics of the materials used.
● Fading due to direct exposure to sunlight
● Decaying of wood due to consistent exposure to water As per the industry standards, unevenness of up to 5 mm is accepted widely due to differences in floor and surface levels. This is not covered in warranty.
